Ada ANALYZER TOOL AVAILABLE FROM RATIONAL
On November 1, 1994, Rational Software Corporation announced that the Ada Analyzer software-quality tools from Little Tree Consulting are now available for Rational Apex, an integrated, team-oriented, software-engineering environment for developing Ada applications.
Ada Analyzer minimizes the time and effort required to improve software quality. Ada Analyzer is a set of support tools that can scan large amounts of Ada code, locating items of interest and cataloging information for developers, managers, quality-assurance personnel, and integration and testing personnel. It collects information about an Ada program so that users can understand the content of software better and make decisions about possible improvements. In addition, it defines specific analysis strategies for achieving quality-improvement goals. Ada Analyzer reports can be included in documentation, distributed as reference information, or used interactively to inspect and improve Ada software.
