From the Script: SLIDE 29 - Productivity Improvement
This data collected by the STSC during their study validates the value of Ada on large projects. It confirms the prediction that improvements to productivity, through the use of Ada as the programming language, show a significant increase as the size of the project grows.
On small projects, Ada productivity is still competitive with other languages. As size increases, Ada's competitive advantage becomes more apparent.
Given the natural decrease in productivity as project size increases (see the previous slide), this data is even more impressive.
This fact has led to the continued growth of Ada usage for large, complex systems worldwide.
