Responsible for the management of Ada Conformity Assessments, insuring that the testing of Ada language processors by third-party test laboratories is done consistently and in accordance with the Ada standard. Provides services related to conformance and performance testing of Ada compilers. Read the latest EDS Status Report (May 20, 1999). Offers conformance testing of Ada implementations, consultation on registration of derived compilers, and assistance in conformance test disputes. The NIST announces a transfer of the oversight of the Ada compiler validation program to the AJPO and an extension of the use of version 2.0.1 of the ACVC test suite.
