ACVC 2.1 Beta -- Test Error Investigation 
 
As you may know, the NIST is currently making changes to the 
Beta release of the ACVC Version 2.1 to correct tests such 
as those that have recently been withdrawn.  In order to 
assist vendors with where to best place emphasis and 
resources to discover whether the implementation or the test 
is incorrect, we are supplying the following lists of tests 
that are currently thought to be incorrect.  If the 
preliminary analysis holds up, these tests will be 
corrected for the final release of ACVC 2.1. 
 
Note that there are two lists of tests. 
 
1.	The following tests are believed to have errors that  
will cause conforming implementations to fail or allow non- 
conforming implementations to pass:
