ABSTRACT

Rudstone Benchmark Specifications

Rudstone is floating-point intensive benchmark derived from a satellite ground control system.

The Rudstone benchmark was developed to rate the performance of computer systems for a specific satellite control application. (Rudstone modeled a portion of an existing satellite ground control system in order to rate replacement systems.) Rudstone processes an input file of sensor data to detect orbital targets and lists the detections made.
