ABSTRACT

Reuse Documentation Database (RDDB)

This is a copy of the Reuse Documentation Database (RDDB). The RDDB was developed to help the Department of Defense (DoD) Reuse Executive Steering Committee (RESC) Management Issues Working Group (MIWG) manage the documentation necessary to support the DoD Software Reuse Vision and Strategy. The RDDB helps to identify overlapping documentation efforts, gaps in coverage, consolidation possibilities among programs, documents to promote as DoD standards, and available documentation. The RDDB concentrates on management related documentation.

The RDDB was developed by Mr. Stanley Levine, Deputy Project Manager (DPM), Common Hardware and Software (CHS), with support from the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Research, Development, and Engineering Center (RDEC) Software Engineering Directorate (SED). Included is the RDDB as of November 1993 in both WordPerfect and ASCII formats. The RDDB is now being maintained by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
