This Version Description Document has been prepared for the CARDS (Central Archive for Reusable Defense Software) Portable, Reusable, Integrated Software Modules (PRISM) Documentation Library (PDL) Release and describes:

• a list of files for this release,
• a release tape file list,
• installation instructions, and
• known problems and work arounds (where possible).

This VDD is part of the CARDS library release package which includes the actual release, a library user's manual, and a library model document.
