Process Instrumentation Process (PIP) and Amadeus Guidelines

This document is a description of the STARS Process Instrumentation Process (PIP) and guidelines for applying the Amadeus* Measurement System to that process. It is a product of Paramax STARS U-Increment and V-Increment efforts to explore automated support for software process measurement. These efforts have focused primarily on the Amadeus Measurement System.
